This will be automatically applied by the system at the time of booking on our official website, according to your membership level percentage.
·Welcome amenity (drink coupon):
Provided directly at reception upon check-in. This coupon can be redeemed once during your stay. Each guest included in the reservation will receive one.
·Resort credit:
This benefit is granted at check-in and can be used at any hotel outlet, such as restaurants, spa, or the convenience store. Please note that it cannot be used as a discount toward a new or existing room reservation, nor does it apply for room upgrades. This benefit is not accumulable. This benefit is granted upon reaching the SILVER or GOLD level for the first time. For GOLD members, it continues to be granted every 10 effective nights. Subject to the exchange rate of the day. Important note: In order for the resort credit to be valid, there must be consumption within the hotel. If no purchases are made at hotel outlets, the benefit is lost, as it is designed to incentivize and reward internal spending.
·Free breakfast:
One complimentary breakfast is granted to the reservation holder for the entire stay.
·Room upgrade:
This benefit applies only to standard room stays. It does not apply to suites or villas.
·Massage discount:
Granted to all guests in the reservation throughout the stay, according to membership level percentage. Advance booking is required, as availability is limited.
·Cashback:
This benefit is granted as a credit for future stays. The accumulated amount, equivalent to the percentage associated with the guest’s membership level, is stored directly in their profile and may be used exclusively during their stay at hotel outlets such as restaurants, spa, or the convenience store. Please note that this credit cannot be applied as a discount on room rates or on new or existing reservations. This benefit is not accumulable. Important note: For the cashback to be valid, there must be consumption within the hotel.
