Reviews of Beachscape Cancun Hotel Suites

Mi esposa y yo nos hospedamos en el hotel por un mes. Todos los empleados son extremadamente amables. Vale la pena mencionar a Isaac y Victor en la puerta de entrada, a Gertrude en la recepcion, y luego en el restaurante para desayunar a Vicente, tambien conocido como Chente :-), Cecilia, Narciso, y Pablo. Nuestra camarera fue Julieta, y siempre hacia todos los esfuerzos por hacer un buen trabajo en la habitacion. Hasta los jardineros, Don Isidro, y el agente de seguridad que trabaja de jueves a domingo - por quien mi esposa sufria porque tenia que estar parado por 12 horas seguidas - fueron extremadamente amables. Las habitaciones donde nos hospedamos necesita un poco de renovacion, pero todo funcionaba excepcionalmente. La comida para el desayuno es excepcional, y espero que sigan ofreciendo menu a la carta, porque es mil veces mejor que el bufete. Planeamos volver y renovar los lazos de amistad con todos los empleados!!!! Gracias por todo.

The Beachscape Kin Ha is a well maintained property with friendly staff and a superior location. Relaxing under a palapa on their pristine beach you will feel in heaven. Booking a suite with a kitchenette is convenient because there is a supermarket within 10 min walk. The vibe is international, chill and family friendly. A true gem.

Excelente hotel!!! Muy buen servicio, bonita habitación con vista al mar, comida (desayuno realmente mexicano con fruta tropical, huevos y todo lo demás :-) !!), ubicación perfecta (posibilidad de tomar un camión muy cerca del hotel para ir al centro de Cancún y a la zona hotelera para ir de compras, salir etc) y la playa más bonita/tranquila de todo Cancún (arena blanca y fina)!! This is our second year coming to Beachscape in Cancun. It is a idyllic setting and the entire experience is nearly beyond words. The staff is friendly, professional and accommodating beyond any possible needs. The suites are immaculate and kept spotless throughout your stay. The facilities are in perfect working order. But, the beach. Oh the beach. Like walking on warmed powder. The water. So clean you find yourself among the swimming fish that inhabit the ocean. So clear you can see everything on the bottom. We come here because it's so laid-back and easy. If you want to be let alone the staff will only attend you when you ask, or are happy to dote on you if that is what you are looking for. In either case they are all so nice and it really shows through how much they care. This is our place in the sun. We will be coming back for many years. We love Mexico, we love the people. And we both agree Beachscape is a little paradise right on earth.

This hotel is a "find'. Small and personal. No loud music, no elevators to high floors, no crowds. Just a quiet friendly low key hotel with a good pool and right on a beautiful beach. We ate at the beach restaurant every night. Food was very good and lots of variety. The staff was very friendly.
