Todo estuvo excelente. El personal siempre muy amable. Pasamos unos días en familia muy divertidos.

fuimos 11 personas fue un servicio excelente , las habitaciones muy comodas muy buena playa muy muy tranquila y la alberca es una de las mas grandes que he visto regularmente son pequeñas

We really enjoyed our stay the quiet peacefulness. Staff was great. Thw room was perfect for what we needed. These are just a few suggestions that would have made our stay even better. There are tons of seats in the rooms, if you had a bit more storage so we could take out all of our clothing and belongings that would have been great. The table sits six, smaller table that sits 4 so there is more space. The bedroom dresser was a saver but it was hard to open and close. Provide salt, pepper and small oil in every room that has a kitchen. The pullout couch was not comfortable. Maybe add a flat board. I slept with one kids on the pullout couch and my back is still recovering. Overall we loved our stay for a family of 4. Thank you for having us.

Es un hotel ideal para familias, ya que nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. Lo que más destacamos fue la privacidad; el personal es muy respetuoso y no te persigue para que agendes servicios extras, pero están sumamente atentos y serviciales en cuanto necesitas apoyo. Las instalaciones destacan por su limpieza y el desayuno superó nuestras expectativas por su gran sabor y variedad. Todo excelente; respecto al sargazo en la playa, entendemos que es un fenómeno natural y recurrente de la zona desde hace tiempo.
